Morris DigitalWorks hosts over 2,000 domains, serving over 90 million page views per month. MDW's Oracle Enterprise databases reside on multi-processor Hewlett Packard L-Class servers. For scalability and load balancing, MDW deploys a 3-tier architecture where MDW can distribute presentation, application logic and data access to dedicated servers. MDW's Internet connectivity is multi-homed with two tier-1 backbone service providers. Network Switches hubs and routers are Cisco. We provide redundancy via a combination of Service Guard and Raid levels 1 and 5 and maintain archives via an automated backup system.

MDW has scheduled Support hours seven days a week to resolve all issues pertaining to MDW servers, e-mail, Web hosting and support of MDW software products. We also have designated staff on call 24 hours a day, 7 days week, including holidays, for emergency support of our servers and products.
